Well, first thing you should do is let him know you like him and After he knows you like him but he doesnt like you, then just became friends and enjoy his company, Those other girls dont matter, TRY TO FIND A WAY TO NOT BE PART OF THE "OTHER GIRLS"................................Try to make your self, a little closer to him, A close friend....... :)

Don't make it seem like you're desperate. Do make it seem like you're wanted. So if he's around get a buddy and talk to her about how this cute guy asked you for your phone number. Guys like a good chase. Don't sl*t yourself down for him. That's a mistake that a lot of girls make to get a guy. He won't like it if you seem easy. Just make conversation with him about his interests. After he's gotten to know you a little bit ask him if he'll go out w/ you on Fri night. If he says he's busy ask about Sat. If he says no again then just smile and say, "Ok, I thought it'd be fun. Maybe some other time. See ya later." If he doesn't like you--then you can't make him like you. And you'll have to move on.
