Be very careful when downloading screensavers from the web. They are notorious for having viruses, adware, spyware included.
Microsoft provides some screensavers and other tools at http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/desktop/default.mspx

go on to google and type in what kind of screen savers you want for example put flower screen savers and then do on e of the websites
