My hair is about the same colour. I have had a little bride-of-frankenstein streak of grey near the front right of my hair since highschool, and it's slowly spreading. Sad, but quite normal.

Haha! Perfectly normal. When I turned 10, I noticed some white hair hiding behind my hair. Turned out it comes from my dad's side. I was soo frustrated and embarrassed, since alot of people noticed it when my hair was tied up in a bun or pony tail. And that, normally dark to medium brown thing, usually happens if you either get your hair straightend or something like that. The stylist uses ALOT of chemicals to make it straight. I found about 15 when I was 10. Hahaha! Still makes me laugh when I think back.

Grey or white hair, regardless of age, is absolutely normal. There are many factors that can contribute to premature greys... stress, heredity, diet, as well as more serious health concerns. Patches of grey in a localized area can be a sign of a traumatic experience (think of Rogue from X-men). If you are truly concerned about this, seek the advice of your family physician.

No, I dont have grey hair. But, there's some premature grey on my mon's side of the family. Her sister about all grey when she was in her early 20's. But, on my dad's side. hardly anyone gets grey. His father wasnt grey and hes was about 60. and my dad is now almost 50 and he doesnt have a grey hair in his head. My mom is the same age as my dad and she has alot of grey hair. Enough to tell and she is a redhead. She dyes it though. The premature grey is natural. Alot of people have it but they just dye it so that others wont tell. Your best bet is to dye it your natural color. Dye light colors such as red, light brown, and blonde so that when new hair grows in>>you and others wont be able to tell.. Now if you dye it a dark color such as dark brown or black>>you would have to dye it like every month or as quick as your hair grows. Good luck!!!!

I'm 22 and I have a few... maybe 10 or so. It is normal.... if you are really concerned buy some hairdye that is a match to your natural colour to cover the grey up. Perfectly normal though!

I"m not even close to 21 (younger) but do you dye your hair?? If you do the natural color of your hair and the dye may have created that color
my friend had dark strawberry blonde hair she wanted to dye it a redish color... it's bright orange
another friend used purple dye on her dark brown hair it turned red
