No, you can't assume that although if it's a somewhat upmarket brand new car it's almost a given these days.

Look on the bright side though, if it just comes with power locks at the bare minimum it's 'keyless entry' ready. If it had manual locks there'd be no way in heck .....

no. power locks just means you can unlock everything from a button at the driver's seat.

Almost certainly not. If it says it has an engine, you would not presume it is a 6.1 HEMI V8 with nitrous!!!!!
