...I find myself thinking about her more and more. I know its wrong and I havent doen anything about it yet but I just cant get her out of my head. Some people say that I should just go for it but others say that I shouldnt have these thoughts about a 9 year old.

I once had a teacher named Donald Gill in St. Louis Public schools who told a female student to "just bend over" if she wanted an A. When we were students in his class we couldnt understand his mentality. He lost his teaching liscense over that too.
However in you're case you're just a sick ol perv who shouldnt be teaching! Making a come-on to someone who's 18 in his case to u looking at someones 9 year old is a problem. So you need help!

Don't do it; it's against the code of ethics for a teacher and you'd be banned from your profession for life...and then charged with pedophilia. Even if they couldn't prove charges your reputation would be smeared.
Find a professional therapist or psychiatrist and get some counselling. If you're having thoughts like these you need to get a handle on things. If you're married, you also need to talk to your wife.

A nine year old ?!As a mother can I ask you not to pursue this in any way. Can you imagine number one if you did how much you would traumatize this student ? I think you should ask to have her moved to another class before you ruin to many lives all for you thoughts you can control. You are a grown adult act like it!
