Boy that dude has a pickle up his butt no?
I would think it might be one of two things, pleursy (which is an inflammation of the lining of the lung) or maybe even something to do with your heart...like maybe a clogged artery or something.
You didn't say how old you are but you needn't be 60...you can be late 20s or 30s and have those symptoms.
Definitely get checked out.
It would be weird that it is a muscle or nerve that is being pinched but it might be that too if you have a job or play a sport that makes you use that shoulder and muscle more often (ie a repetitive injury).
Someone mentioned pneumonia, that could be it too if you have a cold and your chest feels heavy.
Rule out the more serious things first. A simple stress test can check out your heart....I'm not sure if an x-ray or CT scan might be needed for your lungs...CT scans are more thorough in any event so I would just see what the doc recommends first off.
Get a small towel, wet it, wring it out and heat it in a microwave. Put it in a plastic bag and put the heat on your shoulder and see if that helps to relieve the cramping (if it lasts for long afterwards).
Good luck.

commence sluggish! Run 5 minutes, then walk 5 minutes, then attempt to run 5 more desirable minutes. Slowly tranistion from walking to operating, operating example next time you bypass out, basically walk for 3 minutes previously you commence operating lower back. that's going to likely be a lot less complicated than you imagine, see you later as you're taking some time. also, once you're operating, do not sprint. Run at a %. that sounds like that's too sluggish. this may help you construct staying power and keep going longer.

I'll tell you what I think about it. What are you, like 80? Anyone that can't walk around for 5 minutes is pitiful. I weigh over 300 pounds and I mow an acre yard with a push mower!
Here's a tip, flush those nasty stinking cigarettes and you might be able to get around better!

You need to be checked out by a dr as this could be heart related, is the worst and the not so bad could be a strained musle or a pinched nerve,
