i've got been 18 for 5 months and slightly going to get my identity the next day. Will they use the photograph from as quickly as I took my permit try or will they take a sparkling one? I took the permit try some weeks in the past.

If that stuff has changed then you must change it. However, if that time is a while away and your address has changed then you should just go ahead and get a new card.

yes you should keep all of your info current as that may be your only source of info if you where in a car crash and knocked out cold.
