A couple things are really making me nauseated about this whole thing... first of all, "wonderland, pixie, candy wedding"??? It's not prom, honey, it's a wedding where two people honestly, truly, sincerely pledge their unending devotion to each other -- there's nothing make-believe about it.
Secondly, he wants to surprise her??? NOT a good idea. What sort of relationship do these people have, anyways? A wedding is the first step toward a life together, build on trust, respect, and cooperation. There is nothing cooperative about planning a wedding on your own, and most surprises involve some sort of tricking/lying/falsehood in order to ensure that the other person doesn't find out. Who on earth wants to start their married life that way?
