You're much to young for restrictive dieting, however, there are some things you should just stop eating all together: chips, soda pop, juice that isn't 100% juice, whole milk, all candy, cookies, cake, all "junk" food.

Also, just exercise more. Always be moving, this is the healthiest way to live. whatever you do in gym class for warm up, do that at home every night - jog, jumping jacks, stretches, push ups, and sit ups... if you do that for an hour every night you'll be so toned up!

First, you have to control what you are eating. You are on the bridge from childhood to adulthood, also known as puberty, and you will binge. No offense or anything, but your weight is NOT NORMAL at all.

Diet and exercise do work. Don't try to force yourself to throw up or anything. Just at least once a week, run on a treadmill or lift some weights. It doesn't have to be all hard work, just go outside and run around and have fun. Get active.

Having a healthy diet is VERY IMPORTANT when you are trying to lose weight. First, and I know this is hard, get rid of ALL the junk food you have in your house. Eat fruits and veggies and foods rich in protein like fish, peanuts, and whole grains.

Good luck!

well, first with your mom's help throw out all the junk food in your house. and when i say all, i mean all. nothing that belongs in the junk food category should be left. replace butter with low fat, and no mayo. and when you're mom's cooking and she's using olive oil, suggest to her that she should use E.V.O.O, or extra virgin olive oil: it has less fat but still taste the same as regular olive oil. when you're hungry, do go reaching for the cookies. go for fruits that you like, and keep plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your house.

most importantly, get plenty of exercise. make an appointment with your doctor and ask him//her how much calorie you should be taking in and how much calorie you should be exercising off. at school, go out for a sport that you enjoy like soccer. it's also fun to work out with a friend, so find a buddy on the weekends and suggest to go to the park and hang or go to the local pool and swim there.

Get out there and exercise! Take a fun dance class. Or if you get sucked into the TV like me, do sit ups during commercials and don't snack while sitting in front of the tube... oh, and try not to eat past 7pm. good luck!

spend more time away from your computer and television than you spend in front of one. next time you feel like surfing the net or channel surfing (which isn't a sport) go out side and play or jog or something.
be more active!

here's what you do: try reducing junk food, candy, and all that junk. I read that eating fruits will make you less addicted to those. so eat healthy, excersise daily, and if you do sports to keep active that would also help ;)

it would be nice if you would consult a doctor first. your doctor might recommend you to a dietician so your diet will be supervised or see if your weight problem can be due to other causes. it is important for you to be able to be monitored as drastic self-monitored weight loss programs might be detrimental to your health. take care. love yourself and i do wish you success in your weight loss endeavor.
