My mom could never do my hair, so I learned to do it on myself in second grade! Make sure as you braid, you keep it tight. I found it easier to do an inside out braid first, where instead of bringing the pieces over and down, you bring them under and up. This helps keep the braid tight, and gives it a little different look. And when you take the pieces from the side, the more hair you use in each part of the braid the easier it is to hold it. You can work your way up to tiny pieces. Also, you may want to rest your arms on something halfway through!

simple simple!

if you can braid, you can basically french braid.

practice will help it be better.

make sure you dont let your hair get too loose. if you do and pull it tight again, bumps will appear.

if that is too hard, french braid your hair when its wet! itll basically stay in place and you wont have a hard time making it tight.
