So it is not possible to prove that human beings cannot breathe underwater?

By 'negative' we mean that it's impossible to prove something does not exist. This statement, too, is of course qualified.

Actually people can breathe underwater they may need to be premature births, or using an underwater breathing apparatus

But YES, you can prove a negative to be a negative, you just have to prove its opposite
So the statement "human beings cannot breathe underwater" has been proven false, by disaplaying its opposite, namely,that human beings can breathe underwater.

The Christian God can be proven to not exist.

Try this experiment.

1.Fill a glass with water.

2.Hold it above your head

3.Inhale.

4.Exhale

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4.

You are breathing under water!

Religion is a negative. A belief is not. I think organized religion is the most damaging thing in this world. A belief is a personal "idea" and a comfort.

that is hardly the same thing when you can see the results of that actions
when someone is trying to disprove God , they are trying to disprove what is not their to see
