what does it say in the Bible? John 3:3-8 Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”
“What do you mean?” exclaimed Nicodemus. “How can an old man go back into his mother’s womb and be born again?”
Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life. So don’t be surprised when I say, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows wherever it wants. Just as you can hear the wind but can’t tell where it comes from or where it is going, so you can’t explain how people are born of the Spirit.”
being born again has nothing to do with our mothers... but with the Father and the Son

normal birth is "by water"
spiritual rebirth is "by the Spirit of God"
John 3: The Words of Jesus Christ (God in the flesh)
3. "Verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God."
4. Nicodemus saith unto Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?"
5. Jesus answered, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God."
6. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again."
16. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
18. He that believeth on Him is not condemned; but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."

John 3
4"How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!"
5Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. 6Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit. 7You should not be surprised at my saying, 'You must be born again.' 8The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit."

Given the actual incontrovertible truth that Nicodemus, who change right into a realized guy, had challenge understanding the concept, i might want to suspect that the instantly ahead guy had a a lot more suitable challenge. keep in thoughts also that Jesus preached an intensive idea. All will agree that the concept is radical now contained in the twenty-first century, that permits you to imagine the way it change into received contained in the first and 2d centuries. i might want to also imagine that the perfect information related to this practise, might want to be extra effective researched with those like Polycarp, a disciple of John, who realized the spoken custom, which may be some distance extra precise as they received it right now from the Apostle. it would want to be worth to note that the message, even as not totally understood, change into nevertheless received nicely as evidenced by the artwork of John the Baptist. it style of feels that even as the "mechanics" change into not nicely understood, the desire of the promise change into, and nevertheless is. there are cases even as "childlike faith" receives the pastime performed, even now. Peace and be nicely.

Nicodemus asked Jesus the same question. Jesus explained that the rebirth is done with plane old (nothing to do with the womb) water.
It's all symbolic of course.

That would be highly doubtful. You could ask this question many times to people and you'll recieve different answers because no one truly knows the answer. So you won't ever get your answer until you yourself are born again.

"you" could "come back" as a plant.. tree... even a calf or any animal in that when you die, and, assuming you are buried, your body turns into nutrients for the earth... which plants benfit from.. as well as animals who feed from the grass etc...
That is why it is called "The cycle of Life"
