Urine Gone is the absolute best thing to use. It doesn't mask the stain or smell like other things do where it comes back at a later date because it has seeped into the padding as well. It actually breaks up and dissolves it all the way through the padding. We just had our house built 6 months ago then got a puppy (smart move, I know lol) and Urine Gone has literally saved my carpet!

I like Nature's Miracle as well as Four Paws Wee Wee extra strength solution.
This is what you do.
Get one of those syringe things that you inject food with and fill it with the solution, which ever one you like. Then push the needle into the carpet so that it get's into the mat of the carpet and inject the solution into the mat. You need to do it in all the green spots. This is the most important step, this helps get the odor out. Then soak the top part of the carpet generously. Then keep everything off of it until it dries. You can use a fan to help dry it.

Ive found that a little water mixed with vinegar works well. If you mix it 50:50 it should work fine. Just put it on the stain and rub and dab. Not only should it get the stain and odor out, but if the problem is a reoccuring problem, the smell of the vinegar should keep the animal from coming back to that spot again.

"simple solution" from petsmart it is a little pricey but gets even old urine stains and odors out- I swear it is like magic. You do have to really saturate the carpet though so that you know the padding is also wet then just let it dry!

That's actually a tough one. Don't fall for an advertisement. Ask a pet specialist, a vet, or someone from a pet store. It will probably be pricey. But that means it probably works.
