I would Find a Doctor to care for your Situation at hand. List any and all procedures and medicines that have been given during this time. I might call them and say you are pregnant and need a consultation...once you get into the door I'd tell them what happened, but not point too much blame about the other docs so you can get cared for. As for the Quacks that mucked things up....I'd contact an Attorney and see if there isn't something that can be done?

I am very surprised that the pregnancy survived that? They should have seen that you were pregnant because the uterus would have been larger and usually prior to surgery you have to have blood work done about a week before and that would have shown that you were pregnant. Doctors should never presume anything and sometimes they just get wrapped up in the routine of it all that they forget a person's life and emotions are involved here. You really need to have an ultrasound to see if the baby is developing normally. I would contact a lawyer because it's our duty to keep people in line that have such power over life.

Thats a really amazingly bizzar case. The good news is that two months ago the baby was pretty much self dependant via the yolk sac, so the risk of injury due to the process or medications is lower than it would have been if you were father along.
Its amazing you didnt some how miscarry because of the stress to that area while pregnant. Holy crap! That baby wants to live!
I'd focus more on getting good health care NOW, and deal with the malpractice issue after. Its most important that you and you baby are cared for in this most special of times.

They should have known before you ever had your tubes tied. I would find a doctor and then a lawyer. They could have killed you and the baby.

First go to your local health department and explain to them what is going on. They will make sure you get the medical attention you need. Then yea get a lawyer.!!!
