If so, how well did it work? In terms of, how soon did you begin to lose weight and how much weight have you or did you lose?

I'm asking if it works. They were sued for false advertisement, because their claims are not supported by the FDA. I understand that part. I want answers from people that tried it. Thank you.

Anna Nicole Smith Diet Pill

I did it as did my wife. Hell between us we've done just about every diet pill known to man. Xenadrine, Metabolife, Metabolift, Trim Spa, Fat Burners, etc... The truth about all of them is that it is basically a legal form of speed; ephedra. Typically it is derived from herbal ingredients, Guarana, etc... You really gotta read the label and you will find out that they are all basically the same. And anything that says "thermogenic" just means it has Cayenne pepper in it. Thats the burning sensation you feel in your stomach. Personally, it makes me feel sick, and unless you are comfortable with that, plan on throwing up.

If you really wanna diet, lose weight, etc.. Let me suggest this to you. Nevermind the pills, none of them work. Trust me. And forget the gym, its a waste of money if you ask me, unless you are really into working out, which I doubt you are. Go sign up for a Tae Kwon Do class. Yes they are a bit pricey, about 40 to 60 a month to go 2 days a week. It does depend on the school though. But go do martial arts training, drink TONS of water, take your vitamins and I promise you, I'll even pinky promise you that you will lose weight, and look way better in jeans.

And if doing that is not the thing for you and you are still focused on pills or some other cheap and quick fix to lose weight. Ok, do this, and yes it works. But do the Master Cleanser diet, I promise you it totally works and its not a stupid fad.

And if you are looking for a boost in energy, hit up your local GNC or whatever and look for Yohimbe Fuel by Twinlabs. Whatever you do, dont get any other brand as the rest suck. Yohimbe is an all natural alkaloid that doesnt give you the nasty jitters or cotton mouth of ephedra.

TrimSpa Settles State Lawsuit
By Laura Moncur @ 5:00 am — Filed under: Beware
They lured customers by promising weight loss with no drugs. They promised drug-free help with hypnotism, but the sessions were really a clever ruse to sell weight loss supplements like TrimSpa and LipoSpa. Enough customers complained that New Jersey sued them.

NJ Office of the Attorney General - News Release - “TrimSpa” Maker and State Settle Lawsuit
In the settlement, TrimSpa refuses to accept any liability or admit to doing anything wrong. They promise to inform their customers better next time. They shelled out the customer retribution plus and additional $750,000 in exchange for not having their name sullied by a loss in the courts.

Remember, no matter what they promise you, there are companies out there trying to take your money. Don’t let them. You can lose weight on your own without drugs or patches or formulas or supplements.

There was an article on MSN yesterday about diet pill makers being sued for misleading advertising, and one of then was trim spa. There is no miracle in a pill. The usually contain caffeine that speed up your heart rate, but the only way to really lose weight is diet and exercise.
