yes, i am trying to lose some extra weight, but i love slim fast......is it possible to drink too much? and how much is too much? i worry about this because i drink about four a day, and it has 100 % of two vitamins per can: Vitamin C and Vitamin E.....i don't want too much to start causing problems

You most definitely can drink too much of it. Slim Fast actually have a lot of sugar and you shouldn't drink more than one, max two cans a day. A very good alternative is fat free chocolate milk. But watch out for all the calories.

an overdose of vitamin C is impossible since it comes out when you pee. Vitamin E is good for your skin, but no idea about an overdose. What I do know; if you take too much (chemical) vitamins out of added vitamins, your body will get 'lazy' and won't be able to extract vitamins from normal food anymore, and so after your 'diet' you won't take up enough vitamins cause your body has had it easier before. Bad explanation but I hope you get it.

I'm not sure but you can take up to 5000mg per day of vitamin c but its not suggested since that's a lot. and for vitamin e Im not sure.
slimfasts 100% can be different than what your 100% can be...
either way as long as you're not taking over 5000mg in a day you should be fine and I highly doubt slimfast has that much in it...
read the labels and ask a person at the drug store...one of that prescritpion drug people..

If you drink more calories than you burn you can gain weight drinking slim fast. and hopefully you are eating some solid food to or your diet is doomed
