it definitely can! My neck, shoulders and lower back get tight when I'm stressed. I've found that yoga really helps. It stretches out everything and has helped me build muscles in those places so it doesn't come back as easily.

It can. When you are stressed your muscles can become tightened and tense...causing your shoulders to be sore and seem heavy. Try to relax...take a nice hot shower to help with the muscles...read a book or something and forget about the stress for just a little bit. If all that won't help, try some Icy-Hot for your sore shoulders.

I do tend to get achy all over when I'm very stressed. I have arthritis in various places and those are all aggravated by stress. Try a hot bath or shower to relax those muscles, or a workout. Also try to do something fun that relaxes you.
