90 is a lot!!

When my mom was dieting she's take it 20 at a time...that way she was never like "Im not loosing anything" and getting all sad.

anyway good luck with the dieting, trust me I know it's hard!

I would say keep on the healthy eating and drinking plenty of water to flush the system out will help too... and also just doing some sit ups and pushups will help tighten the body also as you lose the weight. Some people lose fast and others slower.. don't be discourage and keep up the good work..

chubby and healthy ? is that like being short but tall...it's one or the other can't be both

if you want to lose 90 of anything it's going to take at least half as long as it took you to get that way. you don't get fat overnight just like you aren't going to lose weight overnight

Congratulations on your committment!!

I'm no expert.....but I believe no two people will losse weight at the same rate. Just to many biological differences. Don't make it a contest.......just be proud of every ounce you loose...be patient....try to stick with it ....I wish you great success!!!!!
