Your Body Mass Index is 23.3, which is "normal" according to the government. It is a little bit near the high end of normal, which suggest that you might be very slightly chubby, or else that you have good muscle tone and are a little athletic.

But you are definitely not overweight.

If you are concerned about becoming overweight - like if maybe you are gaining weight lately - try to make sure you are getting enough exercise. An hour a day of moderate exercise like brisk walking is enough for most people. This will really improve your health regardless of whether you lose weight from it, but it will also help with weight control if that's an issue for you.

5'5", 140 lbs.
Your BMI score is: 23.2

A BMI score of 18.5 to 24.9 indicates you have a healthy body fat ratio. Remember to keep your healthy lifestyle by eating right and exercising.

Are you male or female? Small, medium or large framed? Check out this site and you can decide what you think. To me, I think it sounds pretty good.
