Ok of course you know proper diet and exercise but here is an easy exercise that will help and you can do it daily. You get on your hands and knees then one leg at a time extend it up to the air until you feel muscles pulling go above your back but not to your head that may hurt do it each day increasing the amount that you do every couple of days start out with what you are comfortable with, It will work every muscle in your body and you did not have to buy it or go to the gym.

The most effective way is to learn to eat healthy.
Healthy weight loss (for permanant weight loss) is two pounds per week.
Healthy - fresh foods, proper calories, and proper exercise. I had extreem sucess with Weight Watchers. Lost the weight, and kept it off for 5 years, until last year when I quit smoking ... drats, I gained 20 lbs ... but I'm back in a program to help me get grounded to recover from smoking ... so I guess I'm continuing last years New Years Resolution of stopping smoking and still working on health to get my figure back for best health.
I know you can do it ... just find support.

Very strict dieting never works for me because when you deprive yourself of something, you only want it more. Just cut back on the bad food, focus on fruits and veggies. Allow yourself a minature sized candy bar (or whatever it is that you normally crave) a couple times a week.
Exercise. Not only will you lose weight, you will lose inches. You will have an easier time keeping the weight off long term.

Get in the pool. Swimming is the easiest way to lose weight without hurting your body. It is also a way to get quick results. You should see muscle tone in a week or so and you will feel it after one day. Good luck and stick with it. Some weeks are going to be better than others but don't get discouraged.

I lost 102 pounds a few years ago by eating A LOT less and drinking lots of milk and water. And by walking as much as possible. It is do-able! Keep trying! You can do it and you will be so happy that you did!
