Awww...you poor thing.
Try some imodium or similar medicine. Drink lots of fluids so you stay hydrated, I'd suggest either water or gatorade. If you can hold down some food, try some crackers and cheese.

There is a 24 hour bug just like that so hopefully that's it and you'll be better soon. Drink ginger tea for the nausea and take immodium for the runs. Keep your fluids up because you are loosing a lot. Rest even after you start to feel better to make sure it's totally out of your system. If you get worse, or it doesn't go away soon than make a doctor appointment to rule out the flu.

don't take any thing. The best way to get rid of the bug is to well, get rid of it. When you have diarrhea and vomiting, it's your bodies way of getting rid of the things that make you sick. The thing you should to is keep taking small sips of water so you don't get dehydrated. If it last more then 3 or so days then call the doctor he might give you compazein suppositories, to help with the nausea. Good luck and get better

I know that there are safe ones for pregnancy, but good luck finding one that doesn't have some sort of side effect. Blood pressure meds are very likely to have side effects even in non-pregnant women, but finding which one works best for you & is safe for your baby would better be judged by your Dr. Just because one woman didn't have side effects does not mean that you won't OB/GYN RN & mom

Kaopectate works for upset stomach and diarrhea, and is milder than Immodium. Both can "plug you up".
If you want to go the natural route, try Ginger capsules or Ginger Tea.

I agree with the ginger but if you have diarrhea too, please be sure to keep hydrated, and some immodium plus can't hurt, just don't use it when you don't need it any more
