Well, if you have his phone number, just send him a text and ask how he is.
Just have some chit chat for a few days until he asks or then you simply say that you'd like to see him again.
Guys do it all the time.
He shouldn't be surprised. And if he is, he'll be too happy.
Might play hard to get, you know, pride and all that; so don't give up too fast.

That's easy! Since you've already had him once you know he's attracted to you. So just do some things to make him think. Make a lot of eye contact. Command attention to your lips by putting on Chapstick around him. Show a little skin but not too much. If you catch him by himself then start a conversation and softly stroke your collarbone and get closer and closer to him like you want to kiss him but then back away. He'll definitely be interested!

Men are easy and simple beings, all you need do, is tell him you are sorry and have changed your mind about him.
However, it depends on how long you have been apart, and how you broke up. Does he have a girlfriend now?
All you can do, is talk to him, say what you need to say, and find out how he feels about you now.
