The thing is im kinda good looking and some girls look at me...but...I dont have much money. I dont have my own room at home..I drive an old pick up truck..So its hard for me to invite somone over or take someone out..also I grew up being shy and now its affecting me..I can become somewhat serious because the lack of enthusiasm and I know that can bore..What can I do to change?

As far as not having money..., there are plenty of things you can do without money. You can go to the library for a study date or you can go to McDonalds, that's cheap. You could go to the park and have a litte picnic. You could rent a movie and hang out at her place. There are so many things you could do with little to no money, who cares about the old pick up truck. As far as changing, I don't reccomend it. You may be shy and lack enthusiasm..., what I'm not hearing is that you have low self esteem. If that is what is really the case, work on that instead. That is an invaluable investment in your personality and it will probably take care of all the rest of the things that go along with it. There are self help books at the library and at book stores. first of all it shouldn't matter about your truck, how much money you have, or if you have your own room. it would be in your personality. to change your ways just try stepping out of your comfort box. try to be enthusiastic and fun. i bet you are a really fun guy under that shyness. all you need is someone to talk to and find a girl who doesn't care about all that stuff. if they care about all that stuff then they don't like you for you. they are just using you to get what they want. I'm a cool person to talk to if you want to talk. can be funny and enthusiastic.
hopefully it all works out.

Until you can make more money, try volunteering-espcially at places where females hang out.
