First of all are you sure it's food poisoning. It may be contaminated food by a food handler....this is not food poisoning. This causes vominting and diarrhea in about 2-3 hours. Probelms with Salmonella don't occur till about 8 hours later and you are gravely ill ( ask me).
If you have been vomiting uncontrollably all day, you are becoming
dehydrated and need IV fluids and something to stop the vomiting. I'd go to an ER where they can help you. No food right now...and when all stops, no dairy products for several days.

The best thing is throwing it up or using the loo! Don't eat anything heavy, stick to plenty of water and dry toast or rice and chicken. The sooner it's out of your body the better. Water will keep you hydrated and help dilute the bug stuff! Get well soon!

Maybe drinking a lot of water will do. Go see a doctor. I have herbal remedies but I don't think that you'd like to try it, would you? By the way, tea will help. I think that's what the doctor told me to drink lots of.

I think if you are pretty sure you have food poisoning, then you need to go and be seen by a Dr. A.S.A.P, I'm pretty sure you need an antibiotic or somthing for food poisoning.
