im 16 and i dont know if girls supposed to shave their pubic hair

It's a matter of personal choice. Many of us either shave our pubic hair completely or, as in my case, trim it into a small landing strip. Whatever you choose to do it's your choice and is really just a matter of how you want to look and feel.

Really, girls aren't "supposed" to shave anything. In most countries we shave under our arms and we shave our legs because that's just what we're used to. Some women shave at least the "bikini line" so that the curly hairs don't show out the edges of a bathing suit. It's totally personal preference.

If you DO decide to shave it off, I'll warn you in advance that it can itch like crazy in about a day, because it starts growing back right away.

I asked this question sometime back and a lot of women told me that they prefer shaving that was a surprise to me because I thought they like to keep the hair. A couple of women also said that they prefer just trimming I thought that that's the right way.

That's is really optional; and like Dianamite, if you shave it , the area will probably get itchy. But who knows you might like it shaved! It doesn't hurt to try.

I suggest if you want to follow the trend you could start waxing it, better that shaving.

Waxing will hurt you !! Be careful. I help my wife shave. Yes it may feel sometime uncomfortable.
