Click the little thumbs down button just under the question. You have to be at least level 2 to do it, but that's no problem for you as you're level 4.

Dumb! Point your thumb towards the cieling, clench the rest of your hand while outstretching your arm and rotate to point your thumb at the ground. It means No and has been common for hundreds of years or more.
