People flirt, and flirting is clearly harmless according to some people. To most it's offensive.
here is my honest opinion, she is probably a friendly person, and sometimes people either do it jokingly, mistakingly,or purposefully.Where she takes her flirting could be taken as offensive if she was being serious about it,and was looking for a sexual encounter.Give her the benefit of the doubt,if you know where her heart is,then it shouldn't matter, because she is coming home to you,and not someone else.
I'd only be concerned if her flirting comes down to sexual innuendo, and her being extremely flirtatious towards one man.

If your g/f flirts alot then she must be outgoing and sociable and likes to be around people. It doesn't matter if she is talking to other men and just having a conversation...but when the lips lock and you are with her or you find out then it may be a cause for concern...If that happens I would ditch her...you deserve better than that. Life is too short.

It matters right now. If she flirts when she is with you, she has no respect for you and she is having more fun playing games. If she is doing this when she is alone, then someone else is telling you about it. Do you believe them? Ask her why and exactly what do you mean to her?

When she stops going home with you. If you want her to stop ask her if she realizes how it makes you feel. Sometimes when I feel insecure in a relationship I will flirt because I am afraid. I want him to say something to me...I know that is childish...but I think alot of women want their boyfriends to care.
