So you are a teenager, guys look for looks, boobs and *** at that age. They don't knowhow to look deeper. Be yourself and if he likes you, great. If not, move on.

From a woman's point of view:
Be yourself. If he doesn't appreciate you then he's not worth your time. There is someone for everyone and if he doesn't want you, there is someone else who will.
Some things that men find attractive however, is self-confidence, maturity, making positive moves in life (i.e. going to college and taking care of yourself), having a positive attitude and not always being a nag. They love it when you have your own life and your own friends and if you are not very clingy.

Well mostly a guy looks for a nice looking girl, SOme like them hot some like them nice. But teh nice one's like you are shy and don't realize that your have you own beauty. SOme guys are just selfish and don't know themselves what they are looking for most of the time. And some guys know what they want but are waiting to see what his buddies think beofre thay go after it. But don't worry just go to him and chat with him. And also ask him what he likes in a woman. I like girls that are cute and smart. I also like girls that are fun but can be serious at the same time and that you can go it comfortably. If you want to imprese him, ask a friend of his thats one of your friends, what he likes in a girl. Then, if its worth doing it, do it.

It depend on what kind of girls he like. For one dont make i ovious that u like him, give a hint. if you does not reply then i wont my time on it.
but if he reply with a positive atitude, then make ur move.
just trt to find out what kind of girl he like, some girls liek soft girly girl. some might liekt eh tomboyish type.
but you dont need to change for him, ur still young. not worth it.
