I am a really picky eater. I hate pretty much all fruits and milk. I like vegetables and meat. I have tried to increase my diet but nothing is working.

unless your physician told you to gain weight
or you need to gain muscle for a particular sport
dont worry about it

increase your protein intake (soy works great) and keep up the exercise
a gentle routine of weight lifting might be in order

do NOT start eating uhealthy foods or being a couch potato

You want to gain muscle, not fat, so get a gym membership and start working out. Eat more meat and some fruit for balance.

Sit around and watch alot of tv! You can also stay on this site and gain afew pounds as well! LOL

sit down don't work out and eat Alot of meat,chiken and junk food
and alot of candy and drink alot of soda.
