Keep trying. Your best bet will be to walk as much as possible. I lost 102 pounds quite a while back and ANYONE can do it. You just need to eat much, much less and move your body as much as possible. Give it some more time. It takes time to gain the weight and it takes time (unfortunately more) to lose it. Please keep trying. You will be so happy in the long run.

If all this is true than there may be a different problem. Different things can lower your metabolism or make you gain weight. Thyroid problems, medication and the list goes on. Ypga wont shed a significant amount of weight. The jogging is great, though. Maybe skip the ham and get fake ham which has no fat/cholesterol and lots of protein. Use only cooking spray and never oil or butter. Egg whites only. No fat/cholesterol and all the protein. Bonus is because your taking out some egg youll need more, giving you more protein than youd have with 2 whole eggs. Hang in there and feel good for doing right by your body.

From what you wrote that you are eating... I wish I can explain how there is one element you have to take out for good in your eating plan.

Do you find that you have low blood sugar and too tired sometimes? Do you find that when you stand up you get a brief fainting feeling?

If so, I can tell you right now that you are not eating right for your metabolism in order to lose weight. Your putting in mega hormones from the milk which causes weight gain around the thighs, buttocks, hips and lower stomach area... and are deficient in food combining other things so that your adrenal glands are now completely shot.

Eating less will not fix this problem. Otherwise, every little thing you eat will be horded by your body to be stored as fat because your hormones are all messed up.

There are diet systems that make promises to lose fat, but you also lose bone density and lean muscle, and then you gain it all back as fat.

With the information on this web site http://www.glycotrim.com/mannalive, to allow you obtain a lean mean body.

One more thing. Supplement with a really good fatty acid called UDOS oil. Because, fatty acids take the "bad fat" by the hand and leads it right out of the body.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

That really sucks, sorry to hear you aren't having any luck. Have you spoke with your family doctor about your problem? Maybe you have some other medical problem preventing you from obtaining weight loss. Or maybe the plan you have devised is not right for you. How large are the meals you are having and are you snacking in between on junk food? Something isn't right with the picture you have described.
I would go to my family doctor and have some blood work done to check your thyroid, cholesterol and whatever else he suggests. There are a lot of prescription diet pills that work really well.
Best of luck to you and I hope your efforts and determination pay off!

You are drinking too much milk!!! Try drinking water. Drink a full glass of Water before EVERY meal. Then drink another while eating. Chew each bite about 25-30 times before swallowing.

Continue your exercise (mainly cardio), Cut out the sit ups for now. All you are doing with the sit ups at this point is building muscle under all the fat that you need to lose. Muscles are heavier than fat so you may have lost some fat but the sit ups are adding muscle so the weight (#) is not moving.

Weight Loss is very emotional/ psychological.

A author on the "Today Show" said that you have to nurture two parts of your brain in order to drop pounds. There is the logical part of your brain that's telling you to be healthy and be in control. There is also the primative part of your brain; which acts most similar to a puppy.

So, when you yell at the puppy and starve it, the puppy does stuff like pee & tear stuff up --- in dieting, your body will go into the primitave fear of a famine --- causing storage of fat --- therefore, the more you starve yourself, the more your body works to keep the fat.

Hope --- The puppy adjusts to changes withing 4 days. So, it's recommended to count calories without dieting ... then SLOWLY decrease your calories in small quantities for 4-8 days. Then after 8 days, slighlty decrease calories again. All the while, you need to be saying positive affirmations "Loosing Weight, Feeling Great" --- "I Love Me" --- and saying this to both your logical side, and puppy side.

Depends on your starting weight. Eliminating the sugars is a great start. Limit if not remove pasta, rice, bread and potatoes. Drink tons of water. Walking up stairs will burn more calories than any other single exercise followed by running and jumping rope. Do those things and you'll look and feel great in 7wks regardless of the number of lbs lost.

Have you had your thyroid checked lately? Your thyroid regulates the body's metabolism... often if your thyroid is hypoactive (not secreting enough hormone) you will gain weight. Ask your doctor to check your TSH and T4 levels.
You also might want them to run a hA1C glucose test to verify that you are not diabetic...this checks the average of your blood sugar over a three month period by looking at your red blood cells.
Good luck

How many calories do you eat each day? If you don't count them you can't figure this out. Most weight loss sites will show you how many calories you will have to eat to lose weight based on your current weight, height, gender, and age.
