Well, today in class we combined classes with another class b/c we were having a spelling bee. It went on and on forever until I won, so I get to represent my class in the spelling bee. But as we were about to take notes there wasn't a place to sit down. I leaned down on someone's desk top and sat on the floor since there wasn't a place to sit down. All of a sudden this boy, who is very popular at school, who I had locked eyes with got up and said, you can sit here. When Chris tried to take the seat he said, this is her seat get out of it. He was making a big deal out of a seat and I don't know why he even offered me the seat in the first place.

He probably has a thing for you. It might not be a crush yet but he definently respects you and has noticed you. If you want to take it to the next level, talk to him and flirt and smile whenever you see him!!

The boy obviously has good "home training", good manners and all. It doesnt necessarily meants that he likes you, he just didnt want to be a nice young lady who just won the spelling bee sitting on the floor..Dont read too much into it, other than Respect.

And Congrats on the Spelling Bee. I totally messed up 100 years ago when I was in one :)

Well that was very nice of him. I guess he likes you and was being very gentlemanly....a trait you don't see everyday.

Who is Chris? A girl or boy? Either way it doesn't matter I guess he was trying to make a gesture and that person screwed it up for him and he was upset.

Make sure you tell him that was very nice of him to offer you his seat and maybe ask him if he wants to sit with you at lunch or walk home with you etc. if you think you like him too.
