I guess she wanted you to notice her. I'd be leary of girls like that however...too upfront...means she will dump you as quick as she hooks you.

Do you get good grades? This could be the reason that he asked you to read his paper. Either that, or he was trying to initiate conversation with you. I would say that he is definitely interested in you. Maybe he thinks you are a mystery and is trying to get to know you better. The reason that I thinks he likes you is because he seems to always be around whenever you are, to the point of even dancing right behind you all by himself to get your attention. Just keep doing what you are doing. Don't ask him out or start pursuing him. Let him do the chasing. What you can do is try to have more in-depth conversations with him. Ask him what his interests are and where he hangs out with his friends. Try to be at places where he might be so you can "run into" him more often. One thing is for sure: the girl he went to the dance with is way jealous of you. Watch out for her. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

it means you should have said hi back. Just cause a girl says hi doesnt mean she wants to do a pole dance for you.
