a muscle cramp comes and goes 4 a while then goes away
but a muscle pull will sit there 4 a good minute then eventually go away

Put a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of sugar into a glass and pour in a cup of warm water - stir in and wait. Increasing your salt level slightly will cure a cramp. Cramps tend to clean by themselves while a pulled muscle lasts for days before it heals.

To me, a muscle pull is stretching a muscle too much, where as a muscle cramp is do to low electrolytes in the body. They normally start off in the calves. Drink gatorade for that.

In a muscle pull, you pull the muscle. In muscle cramps, you don't.

I think (i'm no expert), muscle pull is usually after excercise of some sort, you work your muscles a little harder than they're used too, which result in an annoying (not too agonising) pain that lasts for a few days. A muscle cramp comes on all of a sudden, (and it's really agonising), you can't relax, i'm usually rolling around screaming in pain, then all of a sudden it can disapear as quick as it came on x

You pull a muscle by over exerting it - so you obtain the injury through movement. Cramp usually comes on through in-activity and is related to blood circulation - or lack of
