humans have pretty much the same body parts as the animal ancestors that they evolved from.

Animals have many similar parts however there are always some differences otherwise they wouldn't be animals, they would be human. The monkey for the most part is probably the most similar example I can think of, but because their diet is different than ours the digestive system is a little different.

Yes, they do. Just a little different shapes, depends on the organs. Like pigs uterus is a V-shape which holds several babies at one time, where humans usually dont. But pretty much everything like the heart, lungs, stomach are very similar to humans. Veins and arteries are similar also.

it depends on which animals. i think mammals do, although they may be arranged a little differently, take the skeleton of a dog for instance, they stand on four legs intsead of having two arms and two legs. spiders or arachnids on the other hand have different organs i think. i cna't remember the details but something like more stomachs and lots of other diferences ewith other animals can't think of examples right now

Yes they do have ovaries otherwise how would animal babies be made. But obviously not everything is the same.

Mammals certainly do - for example, dolphins, elephants, dogs, humans and chimps all share very similar biological parts and a fair bit of the same DNA too.

What do you mean by animal? If you are talking about a gorilla, then the answer is yes, but if you mean a platypus, then the answer is no, unless you have a cloaca

as far as i'm concerned they mostly have, but many animals don't have the division between expelling organs, so they use the same cavity to urinate and to excrete.
