properly it would desire to be something. have you ever had glandular fever? whether you probably did no longer be afflicted by it, you're able to have been uncovered to it and this could carry approximately persistent fatigue syndrome. in case you consume dairy and have bumped up your dairy intake, then each and every of the fat and crap may well be weighing you down. additionally if the varieties of vegies you're eating have the incorrect sugar profiles, this would reason lethargy as they're released into the blood promptly providing you with a intense observed via a crash. The glycemic index (GI) tells you which ones vegies are stable and undesirable for this (undesirable ones tend to be cereal and comprise a great number of starch ie wheat and rice). yet i'm specific it isn't any longer a diet B12 deficiency. An herbalist pal instructed me that B12 circulates interior the blood and is released and re-released from the liver for 5-7 years earlier vegans boost into undesirable and that's on condition that they get NO B12. So till you have had no B12 for years, it isn't any longer the respond. extremely there are lots of clarification why you have gotten low capability that don't relate to weight loss application it isn't any longer humorous. And why are you taking iron supplementations? Has a doctor instructed you to? you're able to on no account take a diet complement till you're undesirable. superb factor you're able to do it see a rfile.

if you really need to lose some weight and you have the physical ability you might consider what works for me
get some aerobic exercise daily (gradually build up your exercise session to 30 minutes then gradually build up to 45, 60 minutes)
the best way without doubt is jogging (start with fast walking and do not increase your distance too soon)
you can also use an elliptical machine or stationary bike
do not drink soda pop or eat fried foods or buttery foods
drink a lot of water and tea
go vegetarian and eat small meals each day such as fruit and oatmeal and rice & beans
make soy protein drinks if possible because its important to make sure you get enough protein when trying to lose weight
let me know how it goes

willpower is an emotional thing so it's very unreliable. you need to find a lifestyle plan that suits you so you don't have to work so hard. you'll have to set up your life so it works. i.e. if you don't have choccy in the house you won't eat it..make it hard not to eat healthy and easy to exercise. i have my gym pack repacked and in my car every day so i'm more likely to get there. see you gp for a health check and get a nutrition plan rather than a diet. make sure your goals are realistic. what would be so great about losing 2 stone. visualise your self living your life 2 stone lighter. then start doing those things today..it's called 'acting as if' soon you'll be living it for real

Hi,

Try Slimming World, you can eat as much of the 'free' foods as you like in one day. On their website they have a 7-day meal planner or buy their magazine. The system they use is called 'Food Optimising'.

There are people on the site and in the mag that have lost 8st in a year etc.

Good Luck

Rather than going on calorie controlled diets try altering your eating habits altogether by adopting the Mediterranean Diet. This can be a very varied and enjoyable diet with lots of fresh fruit and veg, oily fish, nuts and seeds, pulses and lentils. The Spanish enjoy their food and it is very healthy. It will be slower than crash dieting but you will feel much better for it, be much healthier and it will be sustainable.
Take a look at these 2 links and then get yourself a good book on the Mediterranean Diet:-

find a diet that is a lifestyle change, so you can eat anything but learn to do it in moderation along with exercise. that way you will not feel deprived.

If you are really not into dieting or excercise ...do what i did i lost about 20lbs playing Dance Dance Revolution on my Play Station 2... it has a workout mode and i swear it works...i still ate taco bell and other fast food junk...but i burned off those calories...it may sound lame but hey it worked. best of luck.

My advice re. dieting - don't do it. waste of time. eat what you want (obviously within reason - if you eat loads of mcd's then you'll have to cut down on that).
people who go on diets such as low carb ones confuse me - your body needs all types of food, especially carbs!

you want to lose weight, get some decent trainers and go running. my dad found within 2 weeks a noticable difference. you'll find the fitness makes you feel better generally too.
