he said tht wht would i say if he asked me out and i said i would say yes and then i asked so r we going out and he said if u want to and i said i want to but yesterday he siad tht we werent going out and i just wanted to no! i get really upset cause he is the one who asked me! and now we are jus friends! but im still bummed!

Well considering u asked if that means you are going out and he said 'if u want to' and you said u did then yes he lead you on...tell him how u feel bout the situation and if he dont change then move on..
