Maybe you are low on blood sugar. I think mine is kind of more worst. Get your doctor to check you. I'm already seeing an opthamologist about it and they suspect i'm low on blood sugar. Also, make sure you eat all your meals. I think they thought it had to do with my glasses and stuff. But my glasses were fine they said.

you should probably walk it off a little before you start stretching. your heart is pumping blood a lot faster than normal when you're jogging, and therefore the oxygen supply to your brain is a lot stronger. Sudden movements can cause you to black out because it might cause your blood to drain out of your brain more quickly. That's what happens when people pass out, their blood drains out of their brain too quickly. If you aren't a frequent runner, your endurance probably isn't very strong which also causes your body to use up stored glucose which can make you feel tired and lightheaded. I run a couple times a week and I know that if I don't eat something an hour or so beforehand I feel like I can barely make it. Eat some fruit, like an apple or eat a nutri-grain bar half an hour or an hour before you go out running. Your body converts the sugar in fruit a lot quicker than it would with other foods. Also drink water, it could be that you're dehydrated.

it could be a dehydration issue
try to drink a little more within the hour before your jog
and if youre going for a long distance
drink a bit during the jog
do not kneel or bend as soon as your jog is finished but take some time to walk
walk for five minutes or so and let yourself relax a bit
keep up the good work

You may be experiencing hypo glycemia.During vigorous exercise, such as jogging you could be using up your stored glucose, and low blood glucose can present with the symptom you describe.Try taking a couple of bites of food during your run,and make sure you stay hydrated.Look for a drink that replenishes electrolytes.

It happens to me too every now and then and I was told it's because all the blood is rushing to your head. That's what makes you dizzy. It's like standing on your head for a minute and then standing normal... You feel like you're going to pass out. I'm not a doctor, but it's what I've been told.

You are not breathing enough, and then when you stop you stop the blood flow in your body and the oxygen is not coming in, causing the blackout effect, drink more fluids and do a walk to cool down after your runs/jogs.

you ran to fast doing it anaerobically which gets your heart rate up to far and does more harm than good for a cardio workout

Your body's not hydrated enough. Drink more water before (not RIGHT before, though) you run.
