today my license was suspended for a month for speeding 100mph. i have to go to college every day and there is no way i can get a ride, or bart,or bus. becasue they dont go to my college none of them.. my dad cant give me a ride because he leaves for work at 6 in morning and ny mom dont have a license. Mannnn! i am screwed i dont know whaat to do...plzz help me out..i live in california..Bay area...

why do u ppl have to make fun of everything i am just asking a question a simple question..do u even know the situation why i was speeding NO! so how are u going to judge me..i hope u get a ticket tommorow for 5,000 dollars and then i will answer u r qusetion the way u answerd mine.!

A taxi would do. It wouldn't have to take you all the way to college, but to the nearest bus stop or BART station. You may just have to get up a 5:00 AM to ride in with your dad.

The DMV does not suspend your license in this situation, the court does. The statute (Veh. Code section 13200.5) does not specifically say that the court can grant a restricted license, but the court has that power in other court suspension areas, some of which are more serious (see Veh. Code section 13201). So it is at least arguable that the court has that power in your case. It cannot hurt to ask the judge, anyway.

ouch, u are screwed, why u were going 100 mph idk, but here's what i would do.
Go down to the DMV, tell them your story and see if you can get a restricted licesnse. If not, option 2, call a taxi service every day for a month, before and after school. It will cost money, but failing classes is worse.
