That's why some fat people should just keep there weight but most of them look worst when they lose the weight and look old in the face. You should just gain some of the weight back because deep smile wrinkles is not a good look.

Well i have heard that it's quite dangerous, and if the surgeon/doctor isn't professional enough, they could cause you permanent burns and deformities. So if you really really wanna go for it, make sure - after hectic research and asking lots and lots of people - that the surgeon/doctor you choose is a total EXPERT and has done it many times very successfully.

If i were in your shoes, i won't take the risk. Having some wrinkles is way better than having burns. And if you're worried that you ''won't be good enough for your partner,'' then i think they would take you for who you are and certainly won't back you off for some wrinkles.

Good luck with your decision

well first off, congradulations on losing weight. i dont know what 40 kg is in pounds, but it sounds like alot. anywho, laser is probably not the best solution on a young male. try collagen, cuz when you lose weight, it can make you face hollow looking. or, try some of that olay crap they be having on tv!
