As I said in the title, I need help. I can touch my toes but to get perfect on my Gym fitness test I need to get at least my hand over the tip. Does anyone have any exercices that can help?

Sounds like you need to do some hamstring stretches. Sit on the floor put one leg out to the side and the other one bent towards your back or off to the side and slowly stretch out to touch your toe on the extended foot. Repeat this a few times ( don't push yourself but try a little harder each time) and then switch legs and do the other side. Do this a few times a day and sooner or later you will have your hamstrings stretched out. After that, standing up to bend and touch your toes should not be a problem.
You can also do this standing. just bend over to touch your toes and bounce a little ( slowly ) toward the floor. Keep repeating to get those hams stretched out.

Absolutely not! I could never touch my toes. My Mother said that I was too muscular like my Father. Everyone else in my family could besides us. I still can't to this day, but I have been working out and stretching and it seems to have helped. I can almost touch my toes though.

Alot of good advice in the answers above, your hamstrings are tight and they just need to be stretched a couple of times a day to get them used to it and more flexible. Do you exercise? If you do, the best time to do this is afterwards when your muscles are warm. If you don't then take it real slow because it's real easy to pull them and cause more harm than you want. All u have to do is 10 times aday just try touching your toes...This will limber u up.Do 5 to 10 touches 5 to 10 times aday.In time u will get closer and closer to your goal which are your feet.hahha...I know cuz thats how I did it.Good luck hon

second play soccer 1 hour this is what i did too touch my toes

well everyday you should try to stretch just a little and then jog after jogging if you don't feel to bad stretch a little bit more do that every day for 2 weeks and see what happens
