Bible
"a curse, without a cause, does not come."
What comes out of the mouth is life and death. We are told to guard our tongue. There is life and death in the tongue. Another verse of Scripture is "I will live and not die and declare the works of the Lord."
What causes heart attack? Mostly, hypertension - stress.
Same with stroke.
Lung disease - could it be a curse? Smoking cigarettes is an addiction. Dad chewed tobacco, Mom dipped snuff and I smoked. Liver disease - could it be drunkenness? Could these addictions be curses?
Matthew 15:16-10
and Jesus said, Are you also yet without understanding?
Do not you yet understand that whatsoever enters in at the mouth goes into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?
But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
These are the things which defile a man; but to eat with unwashed hands defiles not a man.
Jesus' defile is profane or make evil a man.
Where are you finding a Scripture that reads like you are stating?
Jesus said he would not eat or drink of wine again until He eats and drinks with us at the marriage supper of the Lamb.
Viruses mutate - it is like they have a mind of their own
LIVER CANCER:
Scripture Proverbs 7:21-23
"With her much fair speech she caused him to yield, withthe flattering of her lips she forced him. He goes after her straightway, as an ox goes to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks; Till at dar strike through his LIVER; as a bird hastens to the snare, and knows not that it is for his life."
There is an indication that these Scriptures have to do with an individual in this case a man who was lusting after a female, either in his mind or actual fornication or adultery or following seduction. The individual who indicated this verse had a close family member who died from liver cancer. It was not known if this individual had actually commited adultery, fornication, but it was well known that he was heavily into pornography. This could very well be a warning from the Word of God concerning the fruit of being addicted to pornography.
Science hasn't proven anything. Anxiety and fear cause more health problems than anything else. Bitterness eats at people like a cancer. Forgiveness often cures cancer.
Proverbs 26:2 As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come."

Jesus was not against the words of the old testament. Most people read too much into everything. In the old testament you had to do alot of things that you dont in the new testament. That isnt because Jesus disagreed with it, but when he came he simply washed away our sins so that we didnt have to go threw all of the rituals that we used to. And when he refers of what comes out of your mouth it means bad language, insults and put downs. What comes out of your mouth is what is in your heart. And when he says "what goes in, and what goes out of your mouth" he didnt mean literally what you eat and what u consume. He means what goes in is what you hear and surround yourself around (bad friends and bad influences) and what comes out is the bad words that come out of your mouth (insults, degrading others, disrespect) and unclean dosnt mean bacterial it means sin.

science? you compared god words with stupid man thinking that keep making this world bad and worst, were does the bible tell you to smock. beside he's not talking physical he talking spiritually. when evil goes in to you it's unclean because you i made from god there is no space for it to make you unclean, when the evil came out it's unclean, because it is evil and evil is no good not even to animals. when you read the bible don't just see the words see the massage.

edited......Forget this novel. To learn the truth, get the book The Name of the Rose by Umberto Eco. This is the factual story of the Vatican, the Holy See and the Vatican Bank. Oh, and drug mafia money laundering. And you can even check the authors' sources list at the end. It is not fiction, but written in an easy to read format.
Hope you're not a Roman Catholic!

The whole story is NOT based on fact.
If you had any art history, you would realize that "artist's" did not go by their last name.............so Leonardo would be known with his first name.
But maybe you could take your ideas and write another book as Brown did.
