I watched a story on the news and it said Colgate Total was the only toothpaste that showed definite results. Good Luck on your grade.

Honestly, any toothpaste with fluoride will do the job perfectly. It comes down to personal taste. Don't believe that there are any other "special" ingredients in toothpaste that will make a significant improvement over brushing and flossing.
Personally, I buy whatever's on special at the supermarket.

Crest Pro-Health prevents cavities, plaque, gingivitis, tartar, and sensitivity. Plus it whitens, and freshens breath.
