I want to build more muscle but burn my fat. I am not fat its just all in my stomach.

I have taken all sorts of prescription diet pills over the last 7 years and have had some really amazing results from one in-particular. But, if you do not change your eating habits for real, then you will gain the weight back plus some (I know, because that's why I have taken them off and on for 7 yrs.) The brand name of the pills is: Bontril PDM. I have taken both the extended release and the ones you take throughout the day, the ones throughout the day work best. BUT, you have total lose of appetite and excessive energy, and though that sounds great to get those pounds really falling off fast, if you do not force yourself to eat and eat healthy your body will start to eat/burn muscle. And you become frail and when you gain weight you have no muscle and it's not good!

Really consider all options before turning to prescription diet pills, they can be very habit forming (psychologically and physically).

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

You are fat. I'm sorry, but you are. You're just kidding yourself that you aren't. You are about 90 lbs. overweight. That's almost morbidly obese.

Pills won't work because you don't sound ready to make the necessary lifestyle change that you need. Taking pills and still eating garbage is not going to work.
