If you don't floss your teeth your people will notice you don't floss which will be gross because your breath will be bad and kissing your partner is not cool.. I hate being mean by saying your breath smells horrid and I can't get in within 5 feet of you. I am to nice. Anyone else feel dental hygene isn't complete w/out flossing? Please respond. I broke up with my last boyfriend because I began to notice he wasn't brushing his teeth. I really didn't notice his breath but now I notice w my new partner's always. Wow.. I really want a guy who when offered will chew gum or take a mint when asked instead of refusing. Then I want to yell very loud at them and say you smell like death....I am going insane. I let myself. I want to be taken seriously. I am worth it..am I not?

Chewing mint gum multiple time s a day could be obsessive-compulsive, with a proper diet you dont need to be overdosing on mint. The excess sugar and or ketosis from bad diets like Atkins make one's breat stink. WHile it is important to floss one time a day is sufficient most especially if you are using a good mouthwash such as Listerine. The best toothpast you can use to kill bacterial plaque and keep t killed for 12 hours to come is Colgate Total. Mouthwash--rinse 1 min gargle back of tongue then spit out mouthwash, Floss again at night before you go to bed then rinse again with the cool mint Listerine for 1 min very intensly then brush. I have had 2 3 cavities overthe course of 27 years doing this. Thi smay or may not work for you check with dentist. Also Brush Togue with new applicaton of toothpasteafter you spit out the used toothpaste from the toothbrushing to keep germs on tongue in check which is where most of the bad breath comes from to begine with.

I floss after every meal if possible. BTW, bad breath can be caused by more than not flossing or neglecting to brush one's teeth. There could be a serious infection or other things going on.
