hm. thats kinda tough. try to do something that involves heights. do it again and again and again till you eventually get used to it.. thats what i did for rockclimbing.

Actually the best way to cure this type of phobia is something called 'flooding' or sometimes 'in vivo exposure'. This involves you being forced to face your fears. For something like heights you would obviously be taken some where high (please note you shold get a therapist to organise this!) and you would be forced to cope with the fear that you are feeling. The person that said bungee jump earlier may have thought they were making a joke but actually this would work. This type of therapy has a very high success rate. Google 'flooding' and have a read for yourself xx

Slowly and slowy go up distances off the floor. Don't get upon the roof of your house the first time, use your chair or bed. Then continue going up. But you will never be completely scared of going up heights, I spend most of my day at work up in high places and sometimes I get a bit freaked out. Just don't think about it too much.
