Hi everyone.
well I am 18, and I am 5,7 but my dad is 6,3. and I though I will be as tall as him because of that genitics things but I think I am still short and what should I do get taller? I mean what excercise, food etc should I do? thanks for helping me!

Well i stopped growing about the time when i started drinking alcohol regularly, using drugs, smoking and drinkinng coffee, around 17 or so. I just grow bigger now. I got up to 6 foot though. I think cutting that stuff would be a good thing, and drink milk and eat veggies. I heard working out might stunt your growth, but there has been discussion that it doesn't...

yes its only genetics. some suprise there doctors and become shorter or taller than expected. also you may be still growing cuz i swear my friend got tall over the summer when he came back for college. ask your doctor. but i have stunted my growth from too much coffee and sodas from caffine

you can't make yourself taller than you're genetically pre-programmed to be; however, you can make yourself shorter through malnutrition, high impact exercise, over doing strength conditioning during your developmental phase (ie gymnasts, some weightlifters), and partaking in certain drugs which slow metabolic rate.
