which are cuter? you always see yellow lab puppies/golden retriever puppies in commercials because black doesn't show up so well on screen. i'm wondering if that's affected anyone's opinion.

Sometimes it can be hard to decide because they are both so cute =) but i would say black becuase even though they may not be on television they are still adorable. If you are looking for a comercial dog or a televison dog, a yellow. But labs in general are just great dogs. There are also chocolate labs =)

I like both of them, although I have a yellow lab now. I'm just not too crazy over chocolate labs.

I think that yellow is so much more adorable than black because its a brighter colour and makes the puppy seem more brighter and happier.
Black labs are also cute but you can't see there lovely rolls of puppy fat as well as on the yellow.

I think yellow labs are cuter but they tend to be a lot more hyper than black labs. Labs in general are hyper and yellow labs seem to be the worst. But they are cute!!

well, i have a yellow lab but i personally think they are both adorable, but why not a change ,go with the black lab.

Alright, I like both. But, a chocolate lab is oh... so really cute! I LIKE CHOCO lab! But, umm, i prefer the golden. I have a question do you like brown or gold? that's your answer!! And, I really like chocolate for a commercial.

i have a black lab of my own and when it was a puppy he was so cute, he looked like a teddy bear, you should definitely get a black lab

i can't really choose because i like all dogs but i think made black labs are a little cuter and i don't like the other person's answer because i think it's really cruel to dye an animals fur a different color but that's my opinion
