I use www.tourcabin.co.kr (or .com) but its an online booking service, not actually a tour agency.
There are Korean Travel agency's that use English too...
maybe koreabridge.com then you can get a link from there.

If you are in US, your local Korean Agency is usually the cheapest. email me which city you are, maybe I can look up Korean directory for you.
