Drink a lot of green tea because it boosts your metabolism for a while. Drink it before and after you eat and before you exercise. This may sound silly, but crawl up your stairs instead of walking because it moves more muscles. Also try eating less. Try eating crisp bread and vegies and drink low calorie soup. You should also try running half a mile to a mile after dinner. When your sitting down, move your fingers or swing your feet (as long as you don't kick anyone) and try to be more active. Check your weight every 3-5 days, if you check every day or every other day, you'll get discouraged because you won't lose a lot of weight. Good luck!

The problem is that the fastest way is almost never the healthiest way. You could fast or use a fad diet but you'll cause yourself to have other health problems AND the weight will probably come right back. The best thing to do is just follow a healthy balanced diet where you limit your calorie intake, eat a lot of vegetables, drink a lot of water and get a lot of exercise. (If your out of shape though build up exercise gradually...don't push it). And have patience...it can take a month or two to see results but stick with it.

I'd recommend you stop with the soda and junk food. and do some sit-ups before you sleep. Do not eat alot after 7pm. You gain weight the most at night. If your hungry drink something to fill you up. This isn't a crash diet! You should see some results each week!

Exercise. Plain and simple. Go jogging, go for a walk. Go to the gym. Work out a couple times a week for about 30 minutes and you will lose the weight fast.

two years ago, right after new years, me and my gf wanted to lose a little "holiday insulation" we tried several different activities and the one that worked best was cross-country skiing. it was so much fun, and what a work-out! the scenerey was beautiful too. and the skis werent too expensive. i dont know if you can find a better all-over body workout or a better means of burning calories. we both lost aroun 10 lbs. in a month.

You're asking abt the fastest so it should be liposuction. Alternative would be to take slimming pills. Best way is to exercise.
