recently (in the last few days) ive been noticeing a feeling in the back of my neck that is very much like a pulse, except it is much stronger (i can feel it without touching it) and very irregular. it does not happen all the time, but once or twice a day for about 2 mins each time. i have checked, both my heartbeat and pulse on my wrist and neck are normal. (ie. regular)
is anything wrong with me?
cheers

This could have been a muscle spasm. If it was your heart and it was racing, you would probably feel it in your left upper chest but since you noticed none of this, it is probably not your heart. Your body was trying to tell you that you need to get up and walk around. Symptoms your body does (as in this case) are a reaction to something you are doing and you need to listen to your body. And, most of the time, it is not serious.

next time it happens take 2-3 aspirin....if it's on the side of the neck some times the heart is envolved due to partial restriction of blood....try the aspirin & see if it helps, preferably with food on the stomach to protect the mucosa lining....
